Please keep ALL original packaging materials with the products. Customers have two weeks from the date of arrival (also stated on the bottom left of your invoice) to inspect all products and place a claim for the defective item(s). To insure your claim is processed efficiently, please enter the details of your return below . Once your claim is approved, a representative will contact you to provide a claim ID number and further instructions for the defective items.

In most circumstances, all claimed products are subject to pick-up and inspection. Inspected merchandises that do not match your claim will have a 25% shipping and restocking fee applied.
